    I offer a Referral Rewards Program to our Clients.  Earn back your inspection fee or more, simply by referring your family, friends, neighbors and business associates, when those people need a home inspection.  Each time that a referral check is returned on a completed home inspection, I'll send you a $20 check or gift card, simply for referring them to us.

    Why do I offer this?  I believe that I should be marketing to the people who pay me for services and people like you, my clients, who have already experienced my services.  Marketing to real estate agents is tricky.  As a home inspector, I work for you, not the agent, even though he or she may have referred you to us.  Sometimes an agent may be unhappy with an inspector because the findings in our report may cause you to not purchase the inspected property.  There is no commission on a sale that does not go to closing.
